Gray Capital has been performing advisory and consulting services for a regional developer since 2024 and has recently invested their project, 310 W Huron St, a 149-unit multifamily development in River North.

Prior to acquisition in Nov. 2024, Gray Capital worked with the sponsor to determine the project feasibility and investment potential. Our team was a trusted member of the acquisition and pre-development team by providing underwriting and investment memorandum services, the developer was able to secure land acquisition capital.

Subsequent to land acquisition, the team was a trusted resource through project capitalization. Our team evaluated structuring options, performed joint venture consulting, and created financial analysis to identify optimal sources of capital.

Additionally, our team performed capital market services and provided introductions to new capital sources for potential investment.

In February 2026, Gray Capital funded an equity investment in the development of 310 W. Huron and will continue to serve as a trusted resource throughout the stabilization of the asset.
